What is Relief F2, and what can I use it for?

Relief F2 is a daily-use fast-acting tincture created to support your body’s natural inflammatory response, reduce stress, and promote overall recovery. Many of our customers use it for anxiety, stress management, better sleep, systemic inflammation, and overall wellbeing.

How do I take Relief F2?

Relief F2 is designed for sublingual use. That means placing it under your tongue for better absorption. Spray 2–3 pumps under your tongue (we recommend starting small—1 or 2 sprays). Hold the liquid there for 30–60 seconds, then swallow.

You can repeat as needed, up to a few times per day, depending on your symptoms. Some people use it once or twice a day, while others take smaller amounts multiple times throughout the day. Listen to your body and adjust your dose accordingly.

The sublingual method helps the active compounds absorb directly into your bloodstream for faster and more effective results.

Is Relief F2 safe for daily use?

Yes. Relief F2 is made with GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) ingredients and is well-tolerated by most people. It’s designed for daily use. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider first.

How often can I take it?

Relief F2 is designed for multiple daily uses. Many of our customers take it in the morning and night, or before and after physical activity. You can increase frequency during flare-ups or times of higher stress or pain; just stick to the recommended dosage on the label as a guide, and listen to your body.

How fast will I feel it working?

Some people notice subtle effects within 10–20 minutes, especially around stress or mood. For physical symptoms like joint discomfort or systemic inflammation, it can take a few days of consistent use to notice steady improvement. Once your body has adjusted to the formula, you may start seeing results in about 15–30 mins after use. Give your body time to adjust and respond.

What ingredients are in Relief F2, and what do they do?

Relief F2 contains several high-quality plant-based compounds, including copaiba oil (rich in BCP and regulates inflammation and immune response), rosemary extract (for anti-inflammatory action), boswellia serrata extract (for joint and inflammation support).

You can learn all about each one on our ingredients page.

How is Relief F2 different from CBD tinctures?

Relief F2 contains no CBD, THC, or cannabis-derived compounds (a common pain reducing compound you’ve heard of). Instead, it features BCP (beta-caryophyllene), a dietary cannabinoid found in plants like copaiba, black pepper, and rosemary. Unlike CBD, BCP binds directly to CB2 receptors in your body, which may result in more targeted anti-inflammatory effects. What’s more interesting is that it’s non-psychoactive, legal to travel with, and generally better tolerated (unlike CBD).

Will it make me feel high or drowsy?

No, there’s no THC, and BCP does not cause any psychoactive effects. Some users report a sense of calm or mental clarity, especially with regular use, but it won’t impair your ability to focus or function.

How long does one bottle last?

It depends on how often you consume it, but for most people, our 28 g / 1 oz bottle lasts 4 weeks with standard use; that’s about 3 sprays, twice a day. If you use it more than that during symptom flare-ups, it may run out a bit faster.

Can I travel with Relief F2?

Yes. Since it doesn’t contain CBD or THC, Relief F2 is legal to travel within Canada, the US, and most countries. Still, if you’re flying internationally, it's smart to check destination-specific rules to be safe.

Are there any allergy concerns I should know about?

Relief F2 contains natural plant oils and extracts. If you have allergies to tree resins, essential oils, or herbs like rosemary, check the full ingredients list before use. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider or do a mini-dose trial. Instead of a full dose (2–3 sprays), start with a single spray under the tongue. Wait 1–2 hours and monitor how you feel.

If no adverse effects (e.g., itching in the mouth, nausea, dizziness, flushing), you can gradually increase the dose next time.
